Who we are
Lcbi London Limited is the UK subsidiary of LCB International Co., Ltd. of Japan. We act as the UK import contact point for Japanese consumer goods: we serve as the Importer of Record, sell the goods within the United Kingdom, and handle invoicing and settlement locally.
Our role is simple. Japanese makers produce outstanding products, but entering the UK market requires a UK entity that can take responsibility for import, compliance and sales. We are that entity.
Our mission
for the Smile of Customers — the motto we share with our group in Japan. We want customers in the UK to enjoy Japanese quality with the same confidence, service and care they would receive in Japan.
Our parent company
LCB International Co., Ltd. delivers quality products across borders. Its businesses include the sale of bespoke safes as an authorised dealer of Stockinger (Munich), industrial inspection machinery, and e-commerce in Japan and overseas.
